The second of two days of performance, film and music at Festival:Festival 2018 ends with a bang at LoveCityLove. The evening begins at 5pm with a 1-hour performance set, featuring DANDY and the Intiman Emerging Art Program.

Dancers David Rue and Randy Ford present Dandy Candy, a duet inspired by Black Dandy street fashions as expression and protest. From the IEAP, five artists will present previews of new solo works developed over six weeks of coaching. This year’s featured artists are Adrian Kljucec, Neve Mazique-Bianco, Jennifer Kim, Marquis Hill and Laurie Lynch.

The musical showcase of the night features ambient electronica from mmuumm (artist Brit Ruggirello), beginning at 8pm. LoveCityLove is a casual, creative environment. Mix, mingle and chat with the artists between sets, or head out for a drink in Capitol Hill. Either way, if you want a unique night of free performance, this one should not be missed.
