Just when you thought Nordstrom’s Flagship couldn’t get any cooler, Gwyneth comes to town.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s modern wellness lifestyle brand, goop, has joined the Nordstrom’s creative center to debut a unique collaboration: goop In@Nordstrom. goop the shop brings Paltrow’s own holistic approach to wellness to life in the center of Nordstrom. The products aspire to fit into one of three categories: what we put on our bodies, what we put in our bodies, and how we treat our bodies.
It’s the latest partnership organized by Nordstrom’s Vice President of Creative Projects, Olivia Kim. goop the shop will debut on Friday May 12 and runs until June 25, 2017.
Gwyneth Paltrow, the Founder and CEO of goop, began her holistic approach to wellness as a email newsletter back in 2008. It grew into a website where Paltrow organized and shared her travel recommendations, healthy recipes, and favorite shopping picks. Whole health and fitness plus a wider view of how to live life well continued to form goop until it became a multi-topic unique lifestyle site.
Paltrow branched out to include an organic skin-care line, goop by Juice Beauty and exclusive collaborations with favorite designers. Recently, a partnership with Condé Naste was announced, and a quarterly goop print magazine will debut in September 2017.
From beauty and skin care to kitchen essentials and mindfulness enhancers, goop In@Nordstrom will offer inspiring goods, plus six weeks of “whole self” guides and giveaways. A week after the opening of the shop Paltrow will be in town to celebrate goop-In@Nordstrom, meet customers and sign their Gwyneth Paltrow book purchases from Pop-In.
