Since 2011, the APRIL Small Press Festival has brought the PNW’s indie literary community together in a big way. Like APRIL says, “Small press publishing demonstrates the best of what is vital, daring, and energizing in writing today.” This year’s festival goes down this Saturday, April 1 from noon to midnight at Hugo House in First Hill.
This year’s lineup of local talent includes Matthew Simmons, Chelsea Werner-Jatzke, Quenton Baker, Elissa Washuta, Anca Szilagyi, Peter Mountford, Jane Wong and Naa Akua. How about a rundown of the festival’s exciting schedule?
