It’s almost the second Tuesday of the month, and that means another installment of The Round. Founded in Seattle in 2005 by arts curator Nathan Marion, The Round invites artists and audiences into creative spaces for a collaborative, multi-arts experience. With Rounds in Seattle, Portland and select dates in Spokane, the series combines music, poetry and live visuals for an intimate, unique experience.

While occasionally venturing out to The Triple Door, Bumbershoot, and Neumos, at the end of the day The Round calls Fremont Abbey Arts Center home. On Tuesday, March 14, the center will host an evening featuring musicians HibouSophia Duccini and Eastern Souvenirs, alongside spoken word poet, Ebo Barton, and live painters, Grace Witherell & Ariel Orion (The Chaotic Aquatic).

Tickets are $7 in advance and $10 day of show. Keep a look out for the next Round on April 11, at Fremont Abbey Arts Center, curated by KEXP’s Sharlese Metcalf.
