The summer sun burns steady, and with it brings a new crop of events to help make the most of your August in Seattle. on Tuesday, take a journey to the TV programming of your youth when Magic Society Presents: Super Duper Video! at SIFF Cinema uptown. On Wednesday, pop icon Gwen Stefani will perform at Key Arena. If it’s local theater you’re after, Cornish Playhouse has you covered with the one-act play, Raisins in a Glass of Milk, which runs through August 27. On Friday, check out all the Olympic Park Sculpture Park has to offer at SAM Remix. Fans of the macabre may want to attend Nevertold Casket Company Reading Series #1 in Capitol Hill, held at a real casket shop.
