Consignment shops are the epitome of a win-win situation. For the seller, it’s a very “green” way to recycle. Consignment shops let sellers pass on their beautiful things to a new home and make a bit of “green” at the same time. Also, it’s a great chance to get one’s closet organized. Finally, for the buyer, consignment shops are a great way to find coveted items at a fraction of their original cost. There are many reasons why consignment shopping is an integral part of some of the most enviable closets around.

With fall just around the corner, it’s time to mark your calendars for the 4th Annual Fall Preview Event at Sell Your Sole Consignment. Owner Natalia Wittke has been preparing her store for fall all summer long. On September 1, Sell Your Sole will host a soirée to show off all the designer pieces she has been consigning and stashing away. The goods will be ready for their big reveal from 6-10 pm. As a bonus, the first 20 guests to arrive will be eligible to win a $100 gift certificate to the store.

Clothing, shoes and bags from the likes of Isabel Marant, rag & bone, Balenciaga, Louis Vuitton, Christian Louboutin, Carven and more will fill the racks. These designers are just waiting to bring new life to someone’s closet. Fashion stylist Nicole Jackson will also be on hand for savvy fashion advice. Bubbles and small bites will be served.

You can find Sell Your Sole Consignment Boutique in Belltown, behind Cherry Street Coffee House on First avenue. And don’t forget to arrive early for your chance to win that gift certificate.
