This Tuesday, August 9, the German Vocal Arts Institute and Zeitgeist Northwest will present A Midsummer Night’s Music – An Enchanting Evening of Operetta, Opera and German Art Song, starting at 7pm at Hotel Sorrento.
With introductory remarks by Philippe Goetschel, Honorary Consul of Switzerland, event organizer’s call A Midsummer Night’s Music the perfect opportunity to “relax after work, have a drink, delicious food and most of all, enjoy beautiful music.”
Pianist Glenda Williams will be featured, along with soloists from the German Vocal Arts Institute of Seattle. Check out the facebook event for a complete list of performers.
The show is free, with drinks and food available for purchase. For an enchanted evening of Operetta, Opera and German Art Song, A Midsummer Night’s Music is the place to be on Tuesday night.
