Saddle up your unicorn and let’s slay some dragons at the Myth & Magic Faire. Beginning this Friday, July 8 through Sunday, July 10, EMP Museum invites you to “Embark on a fantastical journey with EMP as it transforms into a land of myth and magic.”
Festivities kick of on Friday with an outdoor movie screening of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring as part of Campout Cinema, beginning at 7:30pm, with an encore showing on Sunday, July 10. Tickets are $12 for this 21+ event.
On Saturday, July 9, don your best costume and make your way to a Masquerade Ball in the spirit of David Bowie‘s cult classic film, Labyrinth. Highlights of the evening include a “Magic Dance” photo booth, a crystal ball reader, a special appearance by Toby Fraud (who played the baby in the movie!) and much more! Tickets are $25 for this 21+ event.
Finally, fans of all ages are invited to the Day Faire on Sunday, July 10 from 10-3pm. Free with museum admission, the event invites you to visit the realms of Middle Earth, Hogwarts, Narnia, Westeros, Oz and many more.
