The Seattle International Dance Festival is a 16-day “explosion of dance” at indoor and outdoor venues in and around Seattle’s South Lake Union. The festivities began earlier this month on June 10. If you haven’t caught any performances from the festival so far, this Thursday, June 23 marks the final days before the series comes to a close.

On Thursday, June 23 at 7:30pm and again on Friday at 8pm, don’t miss Inter | National Series Weekend 3 / Program A – BPH, with locals Khambatta Dance Company performing a first peek at Casualties of Fate, and Wade Madsen, an icon in the Seattle dance world for over thirty years.

For the last night of the festival, beginning at 8pm, see Stone Dance Collective, led by Bellevue’s Eva Stone, along with Dafi Dance Group from Tel Aviv, Israel in Never the Less, directed by Dafi Altabeb.

The festival will conclude Saturday night, June 25, beginning at 9pm with a VIP closing party at Broadway Performance Hall.
