This Thursday ushers in the premiere of the 42nd Annual Seattle International Film Festival (SIFF), which makes for a jam-packed weekend of cinema filled events, including Thursday night’s Opening Gala (and the premiere of Woody Allen’s latest film, Café Society), a Saturday Night Film & Party, an Afternoon with Molly Shannon and a midnight presentation of Ed Wood Jr.’s Glen or Glenda! If you’re thinking, “No thank you, I’m a reader,” Hugo House has you covered on Friday night with their Literary Series: The Writing’s on the Wall.
