If you haven’t swung by The Bravern in Bellevue lately, this is the month to do it. The gorgeous new Prada store, which opened in January, is hosting an event that’s sure to knock the socks off shoe fanatics and Prada fans. From April 22-24, the Italian luxury brand will introduce the new made to order Décolleté Collection, where customers can create and customize their own unique pair of Prada pumps, choosing the style, material, color, heel and sole of the shoes. Here is the scoop on how to get your custom pair:

  1. Choose a silhouette. There are plenty of options, including a pointy-toe shoe, a classic pointy-toe pump, a peep-toe shoe, a round-toe shoe, and a platform silhouette.
  1. Pick a finish—from suede to satin, there are five finishes and 27 colors to pick from. Sweet!
  1. Have some sole. Not only do you have the choice of black, nude or blue, you can have your initials monogrammed in gold above the Prada lettering on the sole. Sounds like the perfect way to have “something blue” for a bride, or perhaps splurge for an early Mother’s Day gift or a surprise for that shoe lover in your life.

Devoted followers of Prada stay loyal to the brand because of their attention to craftsmanship, detail and consistently covet-worthy styles. The price of the Décolleté Collection is, unsurprisingly, par for the course for original designer products: Custom shoe prices begin at $745.
