Capitol Hill restaurant Tallulah’s and author Sarah Britton of award-winning plant-based food blog My New Roots team up for a family-style Sunday night dinner this April 17. Britton will be collaborating with Tallulah’s Executive Chef Walter Edward for a special three-course meal. All dishes will highlight local spring produce, and a unique dessert by Oddfellows’ Kyle Lodgson puts the cherry on top.
The dinner will debut a new recipe from Britton, and adapt some of Tallulah’s signature dishes as well. Seating is communal, and copies of the new My New Roots cookbook will be available for purchase and signing.
First seating is at 5pm, and second seating is at 7:30pm. Tickets are $40, and reservations are required: Secure yours by emailing email@example.com.
