RARE AIR celebrates two years of immersive music and visuals on Capitol Hill this month, and co-hosts DJ Explorateur and artist Christian Petersen have quite a show lined up. In addition to their usual blend of ambient music and psychedelic projections, they are bringing two Portland-based acts for the night, duos Incidental Music and Visible Cloaks. Visible Cloaks is known for auditory collage with heavily modulated and abstracted samples and vocals and will perform live. (Check out their Sound Cloud page.) As always with RARE AIR, there is no cover and guests are invited to bring mats or blankets to lie on as they bliss out.
