The Lunar Year of the Fire Monkey is upon us and Seattle celebrates it (and the imminent return of spring) on February 13 in the International District, from 11 AM to 4 PM. The main stage performances will include dragon and lion dances, taiko drumming, Bollywood dancing and the 7th annual Children’s Parade and Costume Contest. (Too cute. Seriously.)

Over 30 neighborhood restaurants will be participating the $3 Food Walk, which allows you to sample goodies and collect stamps for a sweepstakes. Participants who fill their event card with 5 stamps can enter at the Information Booth for the chance to win one of four prizes:
