DeVotchKa performs live at Benaroya Hall with the Seattle Symphony this Tuesday, January 12 at 7:30 PM. Conducting will be Assistant Conductor of the Seattle Symphony, Pablo Rus Broseta.

Denver-based indie rock band DeVotchKa is a melting pot of genres — a quartet whose lush, dreamlike sound can be easily mistaken for that of an entire orchestra. In 2012, DeVotchKa took the natural step of restructuring their songs for a large symphony, which resulted in an exciting concert collaboration with the Colorado Symphony. Now, DeVotchKa pairs up with the Seattle Symphony to again translate their intimate melodies into a full-scale orchestral experience.

Details and tickets on the Seattle Symphony website.
