On September 23, the Bellevue Collection will kick off their 10th annual Bellevue Fashion Week, packed with shows and stylish events. In addition to the big runway shows (Independent Designer Runway Show, Posh Party Trend Show and Vogue Front Row), Fashion Week will be hosting numerous beauty and fashion events that are open to the public and will be occurring all week at Bellevue Square. Be sure to catch one of these fun events if you can’t make it to the big shows!
Rachel Zoe at Bellevue Square, Saturday, September 26
The big name that is catching everyone’s attention this year is Renaissance woman Rachel Zoe, who has mastered the art of design, styling, writing, and entrepreneurship. On September 26, Rachel Zoe and Vogue Market Stylist Cara Crowley will be talking all about Fall 2015 fashion and what to expect. Get there early as seating is limited. 1 PM at Center Court.
Fab in Five at Bellevue Square, Friday, September 25 & Saturday, September 26
Beauty tricks and tips can be found during Fashion Week as well, with the Fab in Five event spanning September 25-26. Quick makeovers offer the opportunity to get complimentary hair and makeup session with tips along the way. Noon to 5 PM, Friday and Saturday, September 25 and 26.
Bruce Pflaumer at Bellevue Square, September 23 – 25
Major style expert Bruce Pflaumer and his team will also be in attendance, and will be offering one-on-one complimentary style consultations and complimentary style sessions, lasting about 20 minutes each. If you don’t have time to commit to an entire evening of runway, Fashion Week is also offering quick, ten minute fashion show highlights at the center court of Bellevue Square. Saturday, September 26, 2 – 8:30 PM; Sunday September 27, 12-6 PM
Peek Kids Fashion Show, September 27
Fashion Week did not forget about the kids: Peek Kids will be hosting a show with kid-friendly pieces that promote empowerment and the embrace of self-expression. Sunday, September 27, 11 AM to 12 PM at Center Court of Bellevue Square.
Bellevue Square will spend the entire month of September celebrating the art and innovation of fashion while they display fashion trends throughout the whole mall. Everything on display will be available for purchase. Meanwhile, across the street at Bellevue Arts Museum, check out the Counter-Couture show of counter-culture fashions from the 60s and 70s.
