Attention lovers of beautiful design and fashion: mark your calendars for a three-day designer sample sale for S C H A I that you will not want to miss. Hosted by Sell Your Sole Consignment Boutique in Belltown, the event kicks off with a cocktail party on Thursday, February 26, 2015. The Sample Sale will run through the store’s closing at 7 PM on Saturday, February 28.
Designer Suk Chai will be at the sample sale each day to meet guests and walk them through her collections. This locally-based designer makes modern pieces from the likes of finely milled Italian wool and cashmere and luxurious vegetable-dyed leathers that are manufactured in New York City. Her collection’s design inspirations, fabric choices and colors transcend the ordinary. Pieces available during the sale will be S C H A I Fall / Winter 2014 and Spring/ Summer 2015 collection samples, at a fraction of their original price, and the sale will also include one-of-a-kind pieces that only exist in prototype form. Suk Chai was named Seattle Met‘s “Designer of the Year” in 2014 and her designs have been included in the Seattle Magazine “Best of Seattle”, Seattle Weekly, Seattle Refined, Gray Magazine and here at Vanguard Seattle.
