We all remember Michael Keaton for his role in the 1989 film Batman with co-star Jack Nicholson. How could we not? The blockbuster hit movie broke records by earning over $100 million in just ten days of its release and reaching an eventual $251 million. Keaton is starring in a new film, Birdman, by director Alejandro González Iñárritu (Babel), a story about an aging actor who once played a famous superhero and how the role essentially wrecked his life. This film’s promised narrative matched up with Keaton’s real life experience as a mature actor (now 63) who once played a superhero himself is certainly an enticing subject matter.
