Decibel Festival is this week and one of the highlights of an overwhelming flurry of art and music is Thursday, September 25. Titled Optical 2: Huminary, the showcase features three musical acts accompanied by live-generated visuals. The grand finale is a collaboration between rising electronica producer Max Cooper and local dance troupe The Pendleton House, and visual artist Benjamin Van Citters. Motion detecting suits will generate live images that Citters then manipulates with the flow of the music.

The night opens with Swedish singer-producer Alice Boman, followed by Austin-based Survive. See and hear a track by Survive below.
